This is a guided meditation representing a peaceful afternoon on a secluded beach.

The Beach is especially designed to teach you (or your clients) to invoke a "Relaxation Response", essentially the opposite of the "Fight-or-Flight Response".

The Relaxation Response has been the subject of much research by Dr. Herbert Benson, with whom narrator Eve Kennedy-Spaien has studied.
